Conducted human cell culture research with U118-MG glioblastoma cells under Dr. Mitra Tabatabaee. Overcame fungal contamination and incubator CO₂ instability through comprehensive laboratory decontamination and strict aseptic protocol implementation. Successfully established viable cultures achieving ~80% confluence within 4 weeks. Performed live-cell imaging using mCherry-LifeAct-7 F-actin reporter plasmid via calcium phosphate transfection, achieving 15-20% transfection efficiency for cytoskeletal visualization studies.
